Bulgana Wind Farm Balance Of Plant

The 56 turbine wind farm spans over a 7,524-hectare site, which includes public roadsides and 14 private properties. It will generate 194MW of clean, renewable electricity into the national power grid each year. Works on this project include the construction of footings for the 56 Siemens Gamesa turbines and a 20MW Tesla battery, site access roads and access points to public roads, a collector substation and terminal substation, underground cabling, as well as an overhead 132KV transmission line and two anemometry masts
