From 2011 Fulton Hogan partnered with John Holland in New Zealand to provide large-scale construction and maintenance services for KiwiRail as well as other public and private clients working in and around the rail corridor..
On the East Coast of the South Island lays Kaikoura where we have had a team working in conjunction with KiwiRail, rebuilding the infrastructure after the large Earthquake of 2016.
Our team has been rebuilding the track formation, installing sleepers and laying new rail. This particular rail line is a main source of revenue for our client ‘KiwiRail’, therefore, it is a project that is critical to ensuring KiwiRail can resume their train operations.
