The Metro Mechanical and Electrical Framework includes design and construction of approximately 50 individual projects requiring mechanical and electrical renewal works, on assets such as pump stations, pressure reducing valves stations, rising mains and dosing stations that are located in the Adelaide metropolitan area and surrounding rural areas to south and north of the city.

These projects consist of the design, construct, installation and commissioning of 100 pump stations (up to 22kW) around the Adelaide metropolitan area as part of a program of works. Additionally, there are a number of larger (up to 55 kW) pump stations also included in the Framework. A summary of projects include:

• Smart Networks (Flowmeters, Pressure Sensors and Customer Meters)
• Potable Water Valve & Flow Meter Replacements (Large Bore)
• Metro Wastewater Pump Station Rehabilitation and/or relocation
• Granulated Activated Carbon Plants (Containerised Units, multiple locations)
• Blackwood PRV Upgrade
