Fulton Hogan’s Integrated Service Agreement (ISA) with Main Roads Western Australia is an example of how we provide infrastructure management services on a long-term basis. Under this agreement, Fulton Hogan maintain Western Australia’s South West and Great Southern road networks which spans over 4,500km of road network. Works includes managing all maintenance and construction within the road reserve, including construction, asset management, patching, shoulder grading, vegetation control and the clearing of debris.  

With our team integrated within Main Roads office, this is a collaborative style contract takes a holistic approach to road maintenance to maximise value for the community.  In the first year of the contract, Fulton Hogan identified $20 million of savings that were able to be re-invested back into the network.  

This contract will expire in December 2018 and will be replaced with another five-year contract, which Fulton Hogan has been announced as the preferred contractor.  This will bring our stewardship of this road network to over 20 years.
