At Fulton Hogan, we understand pavements have unique characteristics that need to be considered during the construction, rehabilitation and maintenance phases. Our holistic approach to the lifecycle of pavements has seen us develop a wide range of binders, including emulsions and poly-modified-binders (PMBs), ideal for different applications.
All our binders are manufactured to the highest safety standards and are quality assured by our accredited laboratories. We’ve also developed innovative storage solutions, such as our temperature regulated EmuCube, enabling our customers to purchase binders in bulk, saving on freight costs and ensuring they receive highest quality products.

Bitumen
Fulton Hogan has extensive bitumen storage facilities to support its asphalt, PMB and emulsion plants.
In many ways, bitumen is the glue of Fulton Hogan’s surfacing business. Because of this, it’s always stored and transported with the highest level of care.
